Prior to finalising the quote Ryan came to the apartment, measured up and brought along a few boards of our selected laminate. Thank heavens he did - we immediately realised that it would not work with the kitchen colour scheme. So we went back and selected something else, thank you Ryan. The installers were able to install within 3 days and the installation cost was very very reasonable when compared to the installation costs from other flooring organisations. The installation was superbly done - what I really appreciated was the attention to detail with perfectly edged corners on the skirting boards and straight lines on the laminates. The follow up from Ryan was also appreciated. The process was simple, the people were helpful, the manager at the store was an approachable and friendly guy and the installation team was professional and quick.
