The Role : Senior Sales Agents

As a Senior Sales Agent, you will be the face of Flooring Solutions. You’ll guide clients through their renovation journeys, providing expert technical advice and managing the sales process from the first showroom visit to the final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales: Guide customers through our premium ranges of laminate, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and hardwood.

  • On-Site Assessments: Conduct accurate site measurements and provide comprehensive quotes.

  • Project Management: Coordinate with our installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Network Building: Maintain and grow relationships with local contractors and developers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the flooring, construction, or interior design industries.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with high-performance brands like KronoSwiss and Artureon is a major advantage.

  • Language: Professional proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.

  • Driver’s License: A valid license and reliable transport are essential for client site visits.

  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to manage leads and quotes efficiently using digital tools.

The Role : Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the branch runs like a well-oiled machine. You will support the Branch Manager in maintaining high standards of service, managing stock, and ensuring the sales team hits their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily branch workflows, including staff scheduling and showroom maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor the sales and admin teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stock & Inventory: Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Quality Control: Assist in monitoring installation schedules and following up on client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Help manage branch budgets, sales reports, and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (retail or construction sectors preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of flooring products and installation processes.
  • Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Skills: Excellent communication in both English and Afrikaans.
