Shipping & Delivery

We understand the excitement that comes with your shopping experience, and at Flooring Solutions, we prioritize a seamless and speedy delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: R300 within the Cape Town Metropolitan area. For orders totalling R2500 or more, delivery is FREE.
  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your packages within 3-5 working days for the Cape Town Metropolitan area and 4-7 days for outlying areas.

For special deliveries, our freight company and office team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. If the delivery cannot be completed as scheduled, we will assist with rescheduling. However, if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to your unavailability, Flooring Solutions will not be liable for any additional storage or other costs that may arise.

Upon delivery, certain documents will need to be signed to confirm that you have received the packages in good condition. Once signed, you acknowledge that the items have arrived without defects or damage, and Flooring Solutions will no longer be held liable for any damages thereafter.

Flooring Solutions is not responsible for products that may be unsuitable or for incorrect quantities ordered. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is accurate before shipping. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect orders will be your responsibility.

Return Policy

We also offer a 14-day return window for any unopened and unused products in their original, sellable condition. You must provide valid proof of purchase from Flooring Solutions. Goods must be returned to the same Flooring Solutions store where they were purchased, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. A handling fee of up to 20% may apply to cover administrative and processing costs. Sale goods cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the status of your return. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Flooring Solutions reserves the right to update these terms as needed, without prior notice.
