I spoke to Duncan and he was legendary with his service. He visited my apartment and got the right measurements done for the flooring. The pricing was exceptional. Mitchell came through to do the installation. He was so patient with me. Him and his team did an absolutely epic job with the installation. I could not be happier. Later, I reached out to them again, and Pierre personally visited my home to assist with custom luminos blinds. His service was outstanding, and he even delivered the blinds himself, as I had indicated a preference to manage the installation personally.
